QC Cream started as a simple idea: ice cream that still tastes like ice cream after it leaves the shop. We churn small batches in South End, pack them in insulated bags, and run them across Charlotte the same night.

The name is local on purpose. QC is what this city calls itself. Cream is the only thing we sell. No café menu, no merch wall — pints, a van, and a ZIP code list.

Flavors stay short. Vanilla is actually vanilla. Peach comes from fruit, not syrup. When a seasonal pint is gone, it’s gone until the fruit is worth it again.
